End Hunger with Innovative Foods
For People Caught up in War
We have put people on the moon and back, but we have yet to end hunger on our planet.
Wisdom Science's mission is to end hunger by making innovative foods for people caught up in war.
This nonprofit was inspired by how the God of the Bible fed people during emergency situations such as with Manna or with the feeding of the 5000 with two fish and five loaves of bread.
There are two main reasons for Wisdom Science's work to create radical foods to end hunger:
1) Some 70 to 80 percent of those facing starvation on our planet are caught up in war. In most cases, they do not have access to food, because of food blockade by opposition forces. Very little can be done to help the situation.
2) By 2050, about 10 billion people will be living on this planet. While several developed countries will experience declines in population, those in less developed countries will be overpopulated and face shortages of resources.
This is already true as the uneven distribution of food forces about 9 million to die annually. By 2030, this number is projected to grow to more than 320 million people dying of starvation. Current efforts at food development inadequately meet the challenge.
Wisdom Science is dedicated to working with scientists to make innovative foods available to those displaced by war, famine, or other events.
We now have advances in science like CRISPR-cas9, quantum computing, synthetic biology, bio-sensors, nanotech engineering, plant regeneration technology, stem-cell generation, and much more…
Wisdom Science hopes to use these scientific tools to do the following:
1) create food that can be transported easily to displaced people (despite enemy blockade)
2) create vegetables that can be cut in half and have them grow back within a day.
3) eventually create a non-profit business that will produce these foods for profit and use the proceeds to feed hungry people free of charge.
